My job is to help you, the client, and your agent, feel confident that you will receive a fair and easy to read inspection report. I’ve spent my entire life in the building and remodeling trades, constructing what we are Now Inspecting! I promise to do a thorough inspection, as this is my passion.
With Spectora software, you will receive an easy to read, easy to navigate, web based report, with high definition photos, or videos of any defects I may find. A tab is provided for printing if you should decide to share a page with a contractor, or negotiate with a seller.
